We're buying that house?

So the house that we bought was only 100 feet from our apartment. We never even thought of buying a home in the Bay Area since home prices are at a premium. But once we saw the potential in this house and we already lived on the street, we put in our offer.


Inside the house was mostly original fixtures and some things the sellers tried to update (that we would have prefered that they didn't) but overall, we felt like this was would be the perfect home for us! A 1925 bungalow, one bedroom, one bath with a yard.
